NOTE: Not all options are available for all reports.

The following output options are available for some of the reports:

<S> = Summary Listing.

<S2> = Summary Comparison for two Periods or Years. This option will display the Quantity Sold and other Totals, if a period is chosen instead of an entire year.

<S3> = Summary Comparison without Group Codes.

<D> = Detail Comparison for two Periods or Years.

<D2> = Detail for 13-month Across Page Listing. The Sales and Quantity Sold will be printed/displayed. If showing Cost and Gross Profit, those fields will also be printed/displayed.

<T> = Customer Totals Only Comparison for two Periods or Years. The Manufacturer Detail Sales History will not print with this option.

<T2> = Total Only for two Periods or Years with Customer Number. The Zip/Postal Code will be displayed if the Sort by Zip Code is also chosen, if sorting by Zip Code. The Manufacturer Detail Sales History will not print with this option.

<T3>=Up to 13 Month Totals. The <T3> option will print similar to the <D2> option except that the Mfr detail will be suppressed so that only the Customer Totals and Grand Total will print.

You may <P>rint, view on the <S>creen, or <F>ax the above reports.

The view screen function requires an AccuTerm© station or terminal capable of viewing 132 columns. Update fields 13, 14, and 16 in “Port Entry” in POINT OF SALE (1.10) to enable this function.

After the report is displayed to the screen you also have the option of entering a <D> to download the report to your local hard drive. When downloading the file, the path defaults to C:\TEMP but will use the setup in “Port Entry” (1.10 field 16) for the download path. This directory must exist on the PC executing the download. The Windows© file name will be the report name concatenated to the port number, then .TXT. For example: ORDER.RPT10.TXT, where 10 is the port number or ORDER.RPT10TAB.TXT for the TAB Delimited file name.

Note: The <F>ax option also includes Email capability. Emailing and Faxing require optional Software and additional Setups. Please contact Perfection Software Sales Department for more detailed information.

You may compare two years or two accounting periods in the Sales Analysis Reports, if the option chosen is for a comparison. If not for a comparison, only one year or accounting period is required.

NOTE: When prompting for Periods to report and compare, the option “Enter Period to Compare Through” will be displayed. This prompt will only appear if printing and comparing Years. The valid entry is 1 through 12. If a Current Year is entered and the Period to Compare Through is left blank, then the current month will be used as a default. If only past years are entered, then it will default to 12. This allows you to compare similar time frames. (Example: If you are currently in March, you can compare the first three months of a previous year to the Year-to-Date amounts.)

NOTE: This option is not available on all reports.
