2.1.4 Customer Sales Anaysis by Part # Summary

The Customer Sales Analysis by Part Number Summary is similar to the previous report "Customer Sales Analysis by Part Number" (2.1.3), except that it is a more condensed report. There is only one line of information for each Part Number or Customer. The Units of Measure are not displayed but combined into the Part Number.


This report allows you to examine all of your customers' buying trends. It can be run for a particular customer or for all customers on one report. It may be limited to a specific accounting period or year. You will get a list of customers who have purchased specific part numbers or a group of part numbers.


You may Sort by <C>ustomer, <G>roup Code, <P>art Number or <Z>ip Code. The report will have a Subtotal by the Sort option selected.


If a particular customer is chosen, the Customer Sort Code, Salesperson, Location, and Beginning and Ending Zip Code will be defaulted for that customer.


You may send the report to the <P>rinter, view on the <S>creen or <F>ax the report.
