This program will re-create A/R Balance History items one month at a time. It can be run for an individual Accounting Period, or for a specified number of months starting with a specified period (going backwards from that period).

At TCL type: SHL REBUILD.AR.BAL.HIST <ENTER>

This program will create AR.BAL.HIST items for previous Months. Please be patient as the Aging information will need to be recreated for the requested Period(s). Existing AR.BAL.HIST items will NOT be cleared, so be sure to clear any pertinent items manually before running this program. Items created by this program will overwrite existing AR.BAL.HIST items. 

Example:

Enter Accounting Period OR Number of Months to create: 12

Enter Starting Period to go back from: 07/03
