Previous Topic  Next Topic

This report will list the Part Numbers specified and their Hazardous Material Codes. Also in "Hazardous Material Codes Entry" (5.1.13.1), you may also specify those Part Numbers that are marked "Y" or "N" to Hazardous.

Haz Mat Code              :

The Haz Mat Code option in this report allows the user to select a specific Haz Mat Code when generating the report. This prompt also affects the next prompt, "With/Without Haz Code".  where the user must select items With or Without the specified Haz Mat Code. This provides some reporting flexibility in identifying a group of part numbers that either contain a particular code, or parts that are missing a particular code. See the options below:

With/Without Haz Code  :

You may view on the screen or print this report.

The view screen function requires an AccuTerm© station or terminal capable of viewing 132 columns. Update fields 13, 14, and 16 in “Port Entry” in POINT OF SALE (1.10) to enable this function.

After the report is displayed to the screen you also have the option of entering a <D> to download the report to your local hard drive. When downloading the file, the path defaults to C:\TEMP but will use the setup in “Port Entry” (1.10 field 16) for the download path. This directory must exist on the PC executing the download. The Windows© file name will be the report name concatenated to the port number, then .TXT. For example: ORDER.RPT10.TXT, where 10 is the port number or ORDER.RPT10TAB.TXT for the TAB Delimited file name.
