You have the capability to print Labels in order to organize the inventory, storage, and coding of all the Part Numbers. You can choose to have the system select the Part Numbers to label or manually enter the Part Numbers yourself.
The system will select which label to print based on the criteria you choose. You may print 2 or 5-line labels. The labels may be one or four across. You may print an alignment test before printing your labels so that you are sure that they are lined up correctly. Type an <S> for System Select and press <ENTER>.
To list all the Part Numbers for a particular manufacturer (ex: 3M), use the Manufacturer Code for the beginning and the ending Part Number.
The Other Price Code is the price you want to print as the Selling Price. This can only be used if you are using 5 line labels. If using 2 line labels this field will be by-passed.
