The following document suggests a good procedure for setting up special pricing for a few parts by location. This is good for parts that have different competitive price levels at different locations.

There are 2 things necessary for maintenance to keep these prices as customers are added and as prices change.
When customers are added, you must BE SURE to assign them the special price code in their customer file.
When prices are changed, make sure that you change the price in the special and quantity discount pricing for the part.
