The Customer Memo Report Utility gives you the ability to Print a list of Customers' Memos from TCL. In order for the memo to appear on the report when the memo is entered you must type in a date at the  beginning of the memo line. For example this date could be a followup date. You may sort by <C>ust Sort Code, <N>ame, or <S>alesperson (who created the memo). This report can also be setup to run on a regular basis via "Batch Processing Entry" in SYSTEM MANAGEMENT (10.10.1).

In TCL type the following command: SHLE PRINT.CUST.MEMO then press <Enter>. You will then be prompted with the following:

Enter Date to print or Press <ENTER> for Today's Date :

Sort By: <C>ust Sort Code, <N>ame, or <S>alesperson :

                                                                     

The report will be sent to the system printer.
