The following programs can be used to print invoices on blank paper.

INVOICE.PRINT.B4 (8.5 x 11 paper) and INVOICE.PRINT.BLANK4 (8.5 x 5.5 paper).

These programs are similar to INVOICE.PRINT.B and INVOICE.PRINT.BLANK but with the following enhancements: 1.) On <QU>ote type Orders, the heading will display “Electronic Order.” 2.) On <SP>ecial Orders, the heading will display “Special Quote.” 3.) The last page of the Invoice Footing will display the Total Order Weight and the Total Hazardous Material Weight. 4.) The <QU>ote type Orders will Auto Sort parts based on a setup parameter in the “POS Defaults & Comments” in SYSTEM MANAGEMENT (10.2.6.2 field 34). Options are by Part, by Bin Location or by Entry Sequence. No Sort will occur if field 34 is left blank. And 5.) The Bin Location on a Quote will print on the description line, if “Suppress Price on a Pick Ticket” in “POS Default & Comments” in SYSTEM MANAGEMENT.

INVOICE.PRINT.BLANK - Print Bar Code

The invoice print program was changed to print a bar code for the order number and the ship to customer number in the body of the order after the comments.

The proper Bar Code Printer Type must be setup in Printer Entry (10.2.8 field 3). Use option <O> for Okidata Turbo and <H> for HP Laserjet/PCL5 compatible. If this option is not set the bar codes will not print.

FORM.PGM INVOICE.PRINT.BLANK6 and STATEMENT.PRINT.BL7

These programs are useful for printing on 8 1/2 x 11 laser paper with a pre-printed heading.

STATEMENT.PRINT.BL8

This program was copied from STATEMENT.PRINT.BL5 and modified to print statements on 8 1/2 x 11 blank paper with a double wide heading and other minor customization.

INVOICE.PRINT.BLANK7

This program was copied from INVOICE.PRINT.BLANK and modified to print invoices on 8 ½ x 11 blank paper with the name of the location at the top double wide and a disclaimer at the bottom.

INVOICE.PRINT.BLANK8

This program was copied from INVOICE.PRINT.BLANK and modified to not print the Backordered items at the bottom of the invoice print. The normal backorder process is not affected in any way.

IP.BLANK.ADDON2

This program was copied from IP.BLANK.ADDON and modified to print the invoice comments at the bottom, and the order date and time at the top. Also, the tax ID was removed.
