Recurring Vouchers are bills that occur every month (example:  rent, insurance, lease). The liability is not incurred until the Recurring Voucher is copied to a Voucher via “Copy Recurring Voucher Entries to Voucher Entry” (7.2.2). The Recurring Voucher may be edited in "Voucher Entry" (7.1.1) after it is copied to a Voucher.
