The Scanned Quantity on Hand should periodically be purged to prevent the file from getting too large, thus taking valuable disk space. Be careful, once purged you may not retrieve this information.

You may select Posted or Unposted Batch Number to Purge.

Enter Date to Purge back from in the Scan File. Anything prior to, and including, the date will purge from the system.

The Scan Date will be displayed. Enter a <D> to Delete the Scanned Data, and press <ENTER>.
