5.2.3 MTD Quantity Sales Report
Previous Topic  Next Topic

This report gives you the Month to Date, Year to Date and Average Quantity sold, by Part Number.

You may select this report for a particular Status, Location, Region, Beginning & Ending Part Numbers and Inventory Group Code.

If All Locations are selected, you have the choice of “showing a Breakdown of each location” or “showing only a summary of All locations”. When running for all locations within a region, with Show Locations <N>, the region will be on the main page heading.

If specific Sales Periods are selected, only Part Numbers that had sales in those periods will print on the report. Multiple Sales Periods must be separated by a comma or use a dash ( - ) to enter a Sales Period Range. You may select all Sales Periods by just pressing <ENTER>.

The Starting Period is the period in which to view back three to six months.

The report displays twelve (12) months of sales across the page if you answer Yes to Full Year. Totals are not printed in Full Year reports.

You have the option to display Comparative or Total Sales information. The Comparative report will compare this point last year with this point this year in the total Year-to-Date and last Year-to-Date. The Totals report will print the actual year total in the current Year-to-Date and last Year-to-Date. Averages will be affected. This option will be skipped if “Full Year” is selected.

You may view on the <S>creen, <P>rint, or <File> option on this report.

The view screen function requires an AccuTerm© station or terminal capable of viewing 132 columns. Update fields 13, 14, and 16 in “Port Entry” in POINT OF SALE (1.10) to enable this function.

After the report is displayed to the screen you also have the option of entering a <D> to download the report to your local hard drive. When downloading the file, the path defaults to C:\TEMP but will use the setup in “Port Entry” (1.10 field 16) for the download path. This directory must exist on the PC executing the download. The Windows© file name will be the report name concatenated to the port number, then .TXT. For example: ORDER.RPT10.TXT, where 10 is the port number or ORDER.RPT10TAB.TXT for the TAB Delimited file name.

The <F>ile option will generate a flat and TAB-delimited file for the MTD Quantity Sales Report.
