Once the scanning is done you can run a Receiving Scan Report to view the "Receiving Scan Entry" or Entries (4.1.5) before you Post in “Post Receiving Scan Entries” (4.1.7). If receiving off of a Purchase Order use the "Print Over and Short Report" to compare to the Purchase Order and report on what was Over shipped and Short shipped. The option will only be prompted for if a Purchase Order number is entered and it will only select Unposted Receiving Scan Entries.
