The Part Number Fill Ratio Report gives the Fill Ratio using a wide selection of user defined criteria. The report will give a total by Manufacturer, Location, and a Grand Total.

This report includes: Debit (DI), Credit (CI), Warranty (WI) and Transfer (TI) invoices. The Shipped Total cannot be compared to a Sales History Report since this report includes Transfer Invoices (TI).

You may calculate the Fill Ration two ways – Quantity Shipped Ratio or Dollars Shipped Ratio.

Quantity Shipped Ratio: The Part Number Quantity Ordered minus the Quantity Shipped equals the Quantity Lost. The Quantity Shipped divided by the Quantity Ordered equal the Fill Ratio.

Dollar Shipped Ratio: The Part Number Dollars Ordered minus the Dollars Shipped equals the Dollars Lost. The Dollars Shipped divided by the Dollars Ordered equal the Fill Ratio.
