The On-Line Sales Summary is a report of sales - as it is happening. You may print the report, view it on the screen or fax it. There is an option to have the sales recalculated every 30 seconds for up-to-the-minute sales. The Order must be Finalized to appear on the report.

The information shown is:  Location (if ALL locations is chosen, you will have a list of each location with the total of All locations listed below the list), Cash, Charge, Credit, Total, Gross Profit Amount, and Gross Profit Percentage. The Cash and Charge amounts already include the Credit Amounts to show the true amounts. The Total is Cash plus Charge.

NOTE: To avoid confusion when reading the report, the following message is printed: “NOTE: The Cash and Charge Amounts already have the Credit Amount subtracted. Also, the Amounts already have the Discount subtracted and do not include Tax, Freight, and Restock Fee.”

You have the ability to view the Sales changing as it is occurring. The information is recalculated every 30 seconds. You will see a series of dots (....) moving across the screen. At the end of 30 seconds, the screen will refresh with the new amounts shown. To turn on Automatic Recalculation, type an O and press <ENTER>.
