The Daily Totals Processing Status is displayed on the screen. The status shows if the process is active or inactive; the start time and date of the process; the port, user, program and location of the process; and if the process is currently in a sleep mode.

If you are experiencing problems, make sure there is a port setup “Port Entry” in POINT OF SALE (1.10) for the phantom process AND make sure everything is correct in the Port including printer assignments. To get the number of the phantom process port, go to TCL and type LIST-JOBS. The port number is in the “pib” column.
