This program will create the Inventory Export File. The entry fields are designed to limit the Inventory List if desired. This file will download into the appropriate folder on the PDA server and will be uploaded on the next HotSync to the Palm OS device.
The selection criteria are as follows:
COL PDA Code : LOC2 Type : PDE - Location : 1 (COL PAD Code is setup in "PDA Code Entry" 10.6.x.5).
Export Path : C:\PROGRA~1\PALM\LOC2\PALMDATAENTRY \LK$SKU.CSV
List Name : Enter List Name generated at TCL.
Status : Enter part# status, <A>ctive, <I>nactive, <O>bsolete, or <ENTER> for ALL.
Mfr Sort Code : Enter Mfr Sort Code. Enter <?> for List of Mfr Sort Codes.
Group Code : Press <ENTER> for ALL Group Codes. Enter <?> for Group Code Lookup. Enter multiple Group Codes and Ranges (A05-A99) separated by a comma. Prefix with a <#> to exclude Groups Codes (ex. A01, A02, A05-A99, #A12, #A15-A20). Enter an asterisk <*> for pattern matching (ex. 12* will select group codes starting with 12) (<*> will not work in Ranges).
Price Code : Enter Price Code. Enter <?> for Price Code Lookup.
Past Month's History : Enter Number of Past Month's Sales History to include part numbers in the export. If a part has a Creation Date within the range then it will be included also. Example: Enter <1> to include parts sold in the current month. Enter <2> to include part sold in this month and the prior month... Press <ENTER> for ALL.
Popularity Code : Enter Popularity Codes separated by Spaces or <ENTER> for All. Valid Popularity Codes : <A>, <B>, <C>, <D>, <N>, <O>, <S>.
Select w/ QOH, SL, QHD : Enter <Y> to select Part Numbers with Quantity On Hand not equal to 0, Stock Level > 0 or Quantity On Hold > 0.
Location/Region : Enter Location or Region to use for Sales History, Popularity Code and QOH/SL/QHD Selections. Press <ENTER> for ALL. Enter <?> for Location Lookup. Enter <??> for Region Lookup.
You will then be prompted with the following:

Press <C> to Create Inventory Export File :
Note: Batch Processing can be used to automate the "Create Inventory Export File". This option is only available on Windows versions of PM.
