A Special Instruction is included in the Comments when an Order is printed in “POS Order Entry” in POINT OF SALE (1.1 option <SI>). This feature may be password protected in “POS Passwords” (10.2.6.3 field 32).

Enter the POS Special Instruction Code and press <ENTER>. This code is entered at the <SI> field in “POS Order Entry” in POINT OF SALE (1.1).

Enter the Special Instructions and press <ENTER>.
