Resizing files in D3/Windows

What options do we have available for resizing files for D3 running on Windows?

We have a file-sizer menu program that he can run from TCL. After the file is resized you can list the file with nt_list-resizing. We also have the option of resizing with the D3 File Manager by right clicking on the table portion under your selected Database and selecting check overflow. In either case the new modulo will appear on attribute 13 of the file in question. You will note that the 'old' modulo on attribute 3 of the file. Attribute 13 takes precedence over attribute 3.

You can also resize as we used to do in AP/Pro by editing attribute 13 of the file in question. Followed by a save and restore of the file for this to take effect.
