Changing all Customers to a different Location

To change servicing location for all customers

1. Go to TCL then at the colon (:) type in SELECT CUST and hit <ENTER>

2. Then at the greater than sign (>) type SET-ATTRIBUTE and hit <ENTER>

For the File, type in CUST and hit <ENTER>

Attr(s) (Separated by Commas) to be Changed (Up to 20) :   LOCATION

The Attribute Number To Change Is 13 Ok? Put a Y for YES.

Enter value number : hit <ENTER>

Enter subvalue number : hit <ENTER>

Value to Put into Attribute: This will be a 2 for location 2.

Confirm that you want to Replace the Data in this Attribute With 1 (Y) Type a Y for YES.

                   

*It will change them all and you will be finished.
