You may test the printer alignment through TCL.

Type TCL and press <ENTER> at any menu. 

At TCL, type TEST.PRINT and press <ENTER>. You will be prompted for the printer number or <S> for Slave. Enter the printer number and press <ENTER>. Enter the number of lines to print for the test and press

<ENTER>. If testing the standard 5 ½ inch invoice form, then enter 33 (5 ½ multiplied by 6 lines per inch equals 33 lines). The program will then print 33 lines by 80 columns.
