Anytime you turn the computer off, you must first Power Off the system. This is necessary to orderly close files and not corrupt data. Have all ports Log Off.

After every terminal is Logged Off, from the Main Menu type DM and press <ENTER>.

At the : (colon) type SHUTDOWN and press <ENTER>.
