The following option <???> is available in the Order Number field for COL/PDA (COL = Customer On-Line) Hold Order Lookup. If there are Pending COL/PDA Orders the "POS Order Entry" program will detect this by port location and display a message similar to the following when creating a new order:

COL/PDA Orders detected. Enter <???> or <ENTER> to Continue. There are 89 Pending COL/PDA Orders for your Location. Enter <???> here or at the Order Number prompt to view the Pending COL/PDA Orders.

NOTE: Changing the Order Type from QU to anything else will remove an order from the Pending COL/PDA Order list.
