The following options may be selected at the "Enter Selection" prompt or throughout the program. Not all options are available at all screens.

# = Edit Field

Enter the number of the field you want to edit, and press <ENTER>. Type over existing information and press <ENTER>.

<+># = Edit Starting at Field Number

Enter a <+> and the number of the field you want to edit, and press <ENTER>. Type over the existing information and press <ENTER>. You will now be at the next field to edit.

<S> = Save Entry

Enter an <S> and press <ENTER> to save the information and go to the next entry.

<S><\> = Save Entry and Exit

Enter <S><\> and press <ENTER> to save the information and exit to the menu.

<X> = Do Not Save Changes/Entry

Type <X> and press <ENTER> to not save the entry and go to the next entry.

You will see the prompt: "Changes have been made to ________________ Record. Exit (Y/N)?". If you want to exit, press <Y> and press <ENTER>.

-OR-

If you do not want to exit, press <N> and press <ENTER>.

<D> = Delete Entry

Type <D> and press <ENTER> to delete the entry. 

You will see the prompt: "_________ will be Deleted. Press <Y> to confirm:". Press <Y> to delete and press

<ENTER>.

-OR-

Enter an <N> and press <ENTER> to continue without deleting.

<Right Arrow> = Next Character

To get to the next character in the field, press the <RIGHT ARROW> key.

<Left Arrow> = Previous Character

To get to the previous character within a field, or the previous field (if at the first character), press the

<LEFT ARROW> key.

To get to the next field, press the <DOWN ARROW> key.

<Up Arrow> = Previous Field

To get to the previous field, press the <UP ARROW> key.

<ESC> = MAIN MENU

To get to the MAIN MENU without saving, press <ESC>. 

You will see the prompt: "Changes have been made to ________________ Record. Exit (Y/N)?". If you want to exit, press <Y> and press <ENTER>.

If you do not want to exit, press <N> and press <ENTER>.

<\> = Exit Without Saving

To exit to the Submenu, without saving, press <\> and press <ENTER>.

You will see the prompt: "Changes have been made to __________. Exit (Y/N)?". If you want to exit, press

<Y> and press <ENTER>.
