A Point Table Entry sets up the calculation basis and the factors that points will be awarded. You assign a customer a Point Table in “Customer Entry” 6.1.1 field 38).

The Point Table ID is the ID that you have given the particular Point Table. This is used at “Customer Entry” (6.1.1 field 38) when assigning the table.

There are three choices for the Calculation Basis that point factor will be multiplied by. The calculation may be based on Sales, Cost, or Gross Profit.

You may set up the Profit Break Percentage and the Point Factor to use to calculate the point award. The percentage is the Profit Break Point at which to qualify for the factor. The factor is the Point Factor given when the profit reaches the break point.

Points calculated from the Point Tables or Bonus Points are posted when Invoices are posted. The Point Reports will show all point information.
