This program can be used to delete a range of Part Numbers using the following criteria:

Status (Active/Inactive/Obsolete)

Beginning Part Number to Ending Part Number

Inventory Group Code

Please use this program with caution, once deleted the part numbers no longer exist.

When a Custom Mix Part Number is deleted, the corresponding Part Number in “SetUp End Products and Components” (5.4.3) will automatically be deleted.

When deleting a Part Number or Unit of Measure, all critical files will be checked for the Part Number or Unit of Measure that is being deleted. If it exists, then an error listing will be created showing all of the places where the item exists. This listing can be printed so that you can go to each of these programs and either delete or complete the transaction before the Part Number or Unit of Measure is deleted.

When deleting inventory, the Quantity on Hand is checked. The Delete will not be allowed if the Quantity on Hand is NOT equal to zero.
