The Make Kit program will downcount the Component Part Numbers and upcount the Kit Part Number. It will also increase the sales for the Components.

The Salesperson Code is mandatory.

The Kit’s inventory is Location specific.

The Kit Part Number must be setup in “Kit Entry” (5.1.15.1 field 1) and not set to explode (“N” or “C” in Explode Parts).

Based on the current Quantity on Hand of the components, the maximum number of kits that may be made will be displayed.

Enter the number of kits to be made. You must enter <C> to Create the kits.
