The Receiving Passwords are used in Receiving Entry. Leave the passwords blank to allow open access to the function.

1. The Not On File Part Number (NOF) Entry Password is used when receiving NOF part numbers and adding it to the inventory.

2. The Receiving Transfer Password is used whenever a Transfer Purchase Order is being converted to a Receiving in “Receive Merchansdise” (4.1.1) and when a Receiving Transfer is being adjusted in “Adjustments to Received Merchandise” (4.1.3).
