This program will automatically create Customer On-Line Codes from the existing customer base using the first five characters of the Customer's Name. Spaces, Periods, Commas, Quotes and other non-bar codable characters will not be used.

The selection criteria are as follows:

Servicing Location: Enter Servicing Location or press <ENTER> for ALL. Enter <?> for Location Lookup.

Customer Sort Code: Enter Customer Sort Code or <ENTER> for ALL. Enter an asterisk <*> in a Sort Code position for pattern matching (i.e. 12* will select sort code starting with 12). Enter <?> for Sort Code Lookup.

Salesperson of Record: Enter Salesperson of Record. Enter <?> for Salesperson Lookup.

Use Existing Cust Code: Use Cust Code instead of automatically generating a code from the Customer Name. Only the first five characters of the first Cust Code found will be used and you must manually change this code if you change the Cust Code.

Enter first part of the Name followed by a <]> for pattern matching.

Enter a <[> followed by the last part of the Name.

Enter a <[> followed by part of the Name, followed by a <]>.

<*> = Wildcard (1****6 - Starts with 1, then 4 characters, then Ends with 6).
