VMI Troubleshooting
The following are instructions on how to troubleshoot common problems with VMI system.
If an order needs to be resubmitted, you can go to 6.3.5 (in NOD) and pull up the order and do OC <enter>
To see what is in process of being submitted go to TLC and type:
CT POS.TRANSFER.OC.SENDLIST
To see what happened to ordering transmitted on Tools side, type:
LIST POS.TRANSFER.RESULTS
Then get the last result number
CT POS.TRANSFER.RESULTS XXX(result id number)
