If a port is logged off, it will probably be removed and need to be restarted.

1. Go to TCL and type PID XXX (port#) <ENTER>. If the value is zero then the PIB (Port) is inactive.

2. To restart this PIB, type:

!exec d3 –n pick0 850 –phantom & <ENTER>

*must be typed in lower case

3. Then type PID XXX (port#) <ENTER> to verify it is working. If the value is a number other than zero port is active. You also type PID * <ENTER> to see all active Ports or Pibs.
