Prior to rebuilding, it is a good idea to back up the file.

1. Run an Aging Report for later comparison.
2. In TCL type: CREATE-FILE AR.XREF.xxxxxx  1 101        (xxxxxx=Current Date)
3. COPY AR.XREF (I

To:(AR.XREF.xxxxxx

Sometimes there are bogus items in the POS.INVOICE file.  Delete these items with:

4. In TCL type: DELETE POS.INVOICE “PAYMENT” “PAID OUT”

It may or may not find and delete these items.  Proceed to next step.

5. In TCL hit DEV<Enter> Password is PM if it asks.
6. Choose option 6 to Rebuild AR Cross Reference
7. Hit <R> to Rebuild.
8. After it finishes, print another Aging Report to see if problem is fixed.
