Custom Programming Policy: Perfection Software's policy for adding new features is to collect requests from customers and integrate those new features, which would best serve the majority of the users, in the annual upgrade. It is still at the discretion of Perfection Software to decide which features to incorporate. All upgrades/programs remain the property of Perfection Software.

If a feature that you want is not included in the Upgrade or you need it immediately; it may be included through custom programming. Custom Programming assures that a feature will be added to your system. This additional feature will become part of the base package to assure consistency of the software. This protects the company with custom programming because it assures that all future upgrades work, rather than conflict, with the new feature.

Although approved quotes receive top priority in our programming queue, there might be up to a 60-90 day delay from the date of approval to the date programming commences. We appreciate your patience as we continually strive to perfect Perfection Software.
