At the : type in SHUTDOWN or POWER-OFF and hit ENTER.
When it asks you, “Do you want to continue”, say “Y” for YES.
When Accuterm shuts down, hit CANCEL each time the dialogue box appears (which should be twice).
Then go to FILE & EXIT to close out Accuterm.
Make sure the line that says D3 Virtual Machine Environment has STOPPED. If it has not stopped, be sure to highlight it then click STOP. When it has stopped then close the SERVICES box.
Click on the START button and then SHUTDOWN and click the radio button that says SHUTDOWN. When the screen says, IT IS SAFE TO TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER, go to the server and push the POWER BUTTON (large button located on the front of the server).
Wait 15 seconds and push the POWER BUTTON again and the computer will begin to boot up again.
At prompt, hold down CTRL & ALT keys and hit the DELETE key.
Then click on OK (because there isn’t a password).
When the Windows desktop comes up, double click on ACCUTERM.
Then go to FILE and click on number 1 C:\PROGRAM FILES ……..
Hit ENTER key twice and this will give you a USER ID prompt.
