Create a folder called DISP.RPT.RAW on the root of the C: and share it on the network.
Go to TCL and type in CT MD DISP.RPT.RAW. If the file exists delete it by typing
DF MD DISP.RPT.RAW then recreate it.

Create the import file by typing in SHL CONV.DATA in TCL and it will bring a program and select option 2 (fax only). Then type C <enter> and <enter> and <enter> again. This will bring you a Display Report window, do a backlash <enter> to get back to TCL.
Open up Active Fax on the Active Fax Server and go to EXTRAS>PHONE BOOKS. Click on Options and choose Import From File then click on Search File and browse over to the Server and the DISP.RPT.RAW folder.
In the folder, find the CUSTOMER001X(port#)TAB file and double click on it. It should open up in the Import Phone Book window. In Field Delimiter area, uncheck everything except for Tabulator, also in Field Order area, clear out all the fields and put “2” in Name 1 field, “1” in Phone 1 field, and “14” in the Fax Number field.
Click Start Import and it will bring over the fax, phone, and customer name into Active Fax. Click Yes to confirm and then OK at number records.
