Flagging Inventory with a GL account by MFR

Go to TCL and do the following:

SELECT INV WITH MFR = “PPG”  (Hit ENTER)

[404] XXXX items selected out of XXXX items.

>SET-ATTRIBUTE <enter>

Enter Name of File : INVENTORY (hit enter)                                                             

Attr(s) (Separated by Commas) to be Changed (Up to 20) : 16 <enter>

Are you sure? Is this OK? Y for Yes (and then hit enter)

  Enter value number : (Hit enter)

  Enter subvalue number : (Hit enter)

                                                             

Value to Put into Attribute: (type in the GL account you want enter for all these PPG parts. And then hit enter)  Say “Y” for yes if it asks you if this is OK.

It will tell you they have been flagged. Done.
