Copying Ports

Copying Function Keys


  1. At TCL in the PM account, type U MASTER FUNCKEYS.ADDS or whichever file pertains to you. Just go to 10.2.7.2, at the top of the program you will see the file name. Find the port number that you are copying from.  You must go to the port number +2. So you would go to line 27 in this example and cut and paste those values from attribute 27 to attribute 28.


Cutting and Pasting in the editor.


  1. Control D = Marks the beginning of cut to delete
  2. Control L = Marks the beginning of cut to leave.
  3. Control C = Marks completion of cut
  4. Control P = Paste marked cut to cursor location.
  5. Control W = Write marked cut into an item.
