This program is used to Print Employee W2 Forms. Before proceeding, make sure all Payroll items have been posted for the year.

You may choose to print the W2 forms on a Dot Matrix or Laser Printer. The different forms line up differently so you must specify the type of printer you are using to print the forms properly.

On the W2 the state abbreviation code will be retrieved from the employee location in “Employee Entry” (9.3.1 field 10).

Many times the government will change the format of the W2 forms (to keep everyone on their toes). Please call Perfection Software Support before printing your W2's to get a copy of the W2 Update.
