The Customer Tracking program displays any changes made to customer entry records.
The selection criteria is: Customer Number and Thru Date (the date that you want the information displayed through, beginning with the Current Date and going back to and including the Thru Date chosen). Each change will be displayed on a separate line. The following information is shown: Field Name, Old (Information that was in the Field before the change was made), New (what new information was entered), Program Name (where the change was made. i.e. “Customer Entry” 6.1.1), Date, Time and Who made the change.
