Use this form to keep track of Components as they are used.


After you select the Custom Code, the Component Use Check Out Form is automatically printed.



Helpful Hint:  Post this form in the room where the components are used. Every time a component is used, check off the appropriate box. This will eliminate having to remember what was used or losing scraps of paper that the information is written on. Pick up the report and put a new one up on a regular basis.
