Purchasing Passwords are used in "Puchase Order Entry and Print" (3.2.2). Leave the passwords blank to allow open access to the function.

1. The Update Cost Password is used in "Purchase Order Entry and Print" (3.2.2) to protect the updating of the Source (Replacement) Cost.

2. The Change Location Password is used to protect the changing of the port location at the PO Number prompt in "Purchase Order Entry and Print" (3.2.2). After successfully entering the password to change locations, you will not be prompted for the password again until exiting and re-entering the program.
