10.6.x.2 SQL Setup
Previous Topic  Next Topic

The SQL Setup program contains the following fields:

  1. Type - MySQL is currently the only valid choice
  2. Username
  3. Password
  4. Printer Number - Default is printer 0.  Used with the "L" option
  5. Email Address - Used with the "E" option.
  6. Reserved Words - Words reserved by SQL
  7. Filenames - Typically this will be the "Daily" list of files to export
  8. Tables to Exclude - This setup item will be checked by SQL.EXPORT to determine whether or not to export a specific table. Since one SQLCR file item can produce several tables, potentially there could be some tables created that are of no use to the customer. This setup allows those table names to be excluded from the export.
  9. Host Name - Allows export to an external host if desired, and gives the user control over the destination database name.
  10. Database Name - If left blank, the account name is used as the database name.
