Location Security Entry is available to protect location prompts by user code and program name.

The idea is to restrict certain users within certain programs to only be able to input certain locations or regions. If no specific Location Security record exists for a particular user, the program will allow access to all locations and regions. Location and Region lookups will also be affected when the security is in place, showing only those locations and/or regions for which the user has access.

This program was created specifically for the General Ledger Report, but can be used for any program that has a valid Location prompt. Program Names are validated during entry to check for a securable Location prompt.
