The Region Listing displays information from the “Region Entry” (10.2.5.3) file, either to the screen or to the printer. You may view the Summary and Detail listings.

You have three Detail options: Region Summary - displays the region number, and the region sequence; Region Detail/Location Summary - displays the region number, location number, location description and phone number; and Region Detail/Location Detail - displays detailed location information from the “Location Entry” file.

The Summary listing will not display Locations.

You may display those Regions by using the pattern match. You select Region Codes through a pattern match using the <*>. Examples of pattern matches are: 

12* = all codes starting with 12; *3* = all codes with 3 in the second position;

**1 = all codes with 1 in the last position. If a blank is in any position, the system will search for a blank in that position, (ex: 3* = all group codes with 3 in the first position and nothing in the third position).
